\nACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h1>\n\n- Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID card, passport, or other form of identification.<\/li>\n
- After registration, guests will receive two keys: one for their room and one for the hotel’s side entrance.<\/li>\n
- Between 8:00 PM and 7:30 AM<\/strong>, access to the hotel is available only through the side entrance via the upper terrace. The reception and restaurant areas are locked and protected by an alarm system overnight.<\/li>\n
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available on the rooftop terrace and outside the clubhouse.<\/li>\n
- The use of personal electrical appliances that are not part of the room’s equipment (such as hot plates, irons, or electric kettles) is not permitted.<\/li>\n
- Pets are not allowed.<\/li>\n
- Guests may not move furniture, remove room equipment, carry out repairs, or interfere with electrical or other installations within the room.<\/li>\n
- Registered guests may not accommodate overnight visitors who have not been properly registered and paid the applicable accommodation fee.<\/li>\n
- Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Guests are expected to keep both their rooms and all shared areas clean and tidy.<\/li>\n
- Rooms are cleaned after departure. Should you require additional cleaning services or fresh towels during your stay, please contact reception.<\/li>\n
- Complimentary parking is available within the resort. The accommodation provider is not responsible for any damage to, theft of, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings left inside them.<\/li>\n
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility in accordance with the Czech Civil Code and other applicable regulations.<\/li>\n
- Guests are required to comply with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a serious breach, the accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay before the agreed departure date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
