{"id":10606,"date":"2024-06-20T13:41:40","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T11:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pcg.cz\/?page_id=10606"},"modified":"2026-05-31T16:08:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-31T14:08:41","slug":"cancellation-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.pcg.cz\/en\/cancellation-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Cancellation Policy<\/h1>\n<h2>INTRODUCTION<\/h2>\n<p>These Cancellation Terms apply to the cancellation of accommodation reservations made between the guest (customer) and the accommodation provider (hotel operator).<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total value of the reservation.<\/p>\n<p>Any cancellation fee represents compensation for losses incurred by the accommodation provider as a&nbsp;result of the cancellation.<\/p>\n<h2>CANCELLATION TERMS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Reservations cancelled <strong>up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date<\/strong> will not incur any cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations cancelled <strong>less than 2 days before arrival<\/strong> will be subject to a&nbsp;cancellation fee of <strong>100% of the total reservation value<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If no deposit has been paid from which the cancellation fee can be deducted, the accommodation provider reserves the right to issue an invoice to the guest for the applicable cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of cancellation due to serious circumstances, a&nbsp;change of dates may be arranged by mutual agreement, subject to availability.<\/p>\n<h2>FINAL PROVISIONS<\/h2>\n<p>These Cancellation Terms are valid and effective from <strong>1 May 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Cancellation Policy applies to reservations made via the online booking form, by email, or by telephone.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellations may only be made in writing (by email) by either the accommodation provider or the guest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cancellation Policy INTRODUCTION These Cancellation Terms apply to the cancellation of accommodation reservations made between the guest (customer) and the accommodation provider (hotel operator).
