ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID card, passport, or other form of identification.
• After registration, guests will receive two keys: one for their room and one for the hotel’s side entrance.
• Between 8:00 PM and 7:30 AM, access to the hotel is available only through the side entrance via the upper terrace. The reception and restaurant areas are locked and protected by an alarm system overnight.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available on the rooftop terrace and outside the clubhouse.
• The use of personal electrical appliances that are not part of the room’s equipment (such as hot plates, irons, or electric kettles) is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests may not move furniture, remove room equipment, carry out repairs, or interfere with electrical or other installations within the room.
• Registered guests may not accommodate overnight visitors who have not been properly registered and paid the applicable accommodation fee.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Guests are expected to keep both their rooms and all shared areas clean and tidy.
• Rooms are cleaned after departure. Should you require additional cleaning services or fresh towels during your stay, please contact reception.
• Complimentary parking is available within the resort. The accommodation provider is not responsible for any damage to, theft of, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings left inside them.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility in accordance with the Czech Civil Code and other applicable regulations.
• Guests are required to comply with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a serious breach, the accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay before the agreed departure date.
