Cancellation Policy

INTRODUCTION

These Cancellation Terms apply to the cancellation of accommodation reservations made between the guest (customer) and the accommodation provider (hotel operator).

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total value of the reservation.

Any cancellation fee represents compensation for losses incurred by the accommodation provider as a result of the cancellation.

CANCELLATION TERMS

• Reservations cancelled up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 2 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation value.

If no deposit has been paid from which the cancellation fee can be deducted, the accommodation provider reserves the right to issue an invoice to the guest for the applicable cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellation due to serious circumstances, a change of dates may be arranged by mutual agreement, subject to availability.

FINAL PROVISIONS

These Cancellation Terms are valid and effective from 1 May 2024.

The Cancellation Policy applies to reservations made via the online booking form, by email, or by telephone.

Cancellations may only be made in writing (by email) by either the accommodation provider or the guest.
