The PCG Academy Performance Team brings together talented young golfers who are committed to developing their game at a competitive and elite level over the long term. Our training programme focuses not only on technical development, but also on course management, tactical decision-making, mental resilience, competitive discipline, and the habits required for tournament golf.
Training takes place in small groups to ensure the highest quality of coaching and individual attention for every player.

Our players regularly compete in the Czech Republic’s leading junior and amateur tournaments, including:
PCG Academy players consistently rank among the top golfers in the Czech Republic across multiple age categories and regularly achieve outstanding results at both national and international events.
At PCG Academy, we view modern golf as a complete sport that extends beyond swing technique alone. Physical preparation, recovery, mobility, and injury prevention are all essential parts of long-term player development.
During the winter season, our players undergo physical performance assessments at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, helping identify strengths and areas for further improvement.
Based on these results, strength and conditioning programmes are delivered by Milan Kotrba, Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Czech Golf Federation.
The programme also includes rehabilitation and corrective exercise designed to support movement quality, stability, mobility, and long-term athletic health.
By combining golf coaching, physical preparation, and recovery training, we provide our players with the foundations needed for long-term success and high-level representation of both Prague City Golf and Czech golf.
