The idea of building a golf course in Prague–Vinoř dates back to the early 2000s. Construction began in 2015, and the resort officially opened for play in spring 2023.
Situated at an elevation of 268 metres above sea level, the course benefits from Prague’s relatively mild climate, allowing for year-round play, including during the winter months.
The resort features an 18-hole championship course, a 6-hole public course, and extensive practice facilities. The course was designed by renowned British golf course architect Jonathan Gaunt.
The championship course is a true links-style layout, featuring strategically designed holes that reward thoughtful play and course management. Players can choose from five sets of tees: black, white, yellow, blue, and red.
A distinctive feature of the course is its extensive waste areas – natural hazards combining sand and wild grasses that add both visual character and strategic challenge.
The public 6-hole course offers a full golfing experience and is suitable for both experienced golfers and beginners.
The practice facilities include a covered driving range, a large short-game area, and two spacious putting greens.
